Would 100% recommend. We had 2 CCTV cameras fitted to our property. Consultation: We were patiently walked through the various options, each being explained in detail. We received the quotes through shortly after and felt under no pressure at all on what option to choose and any questions we had were answered quickly and thoroughly. Installation: Andy arrived promptly and explained exactly what the plan of action was. The work was completed to a very high, professional standard and there was no mess left behind. We were then set up on the mobile app and shown in detail how to use it so we can monitor the cameras remotely. A perimeter was set up on the cameras as well which sends a notification to the app if someone enters the area which really helps us feel safe and secure. Andy was very professional, very polite, and very patient, taking time to make sure we had no more questions or concerns before leaving. Incredibly happy with everything from start to finish and would absolutely recommend Mote Security.
